Privacy Policy
RhinoMouse Marketing Inc. (operating as RM Growth OS)
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Who we are
RM Growth OS is operated by RhinoMouse Marketing Inc., 324 Midlake Blvd SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T2X 1M9 ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information on rmgrowthos.com (the "Site"). We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
2. What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and company name when you submit the free AI Business Audit or book a call.
- Your audit answers: your type of business, team size, departments, tasks, time spent, average job value, lead volume, close rate and similar answers about how your business runs.
- Booking details: the date and time you choose and any notes you add.
- Technical information: browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected through standard web server logs and any analytics tools we use.
We do not ask for payment card details, government ID numbers or health information on this Site. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
3. Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- calculate and show your audit results and create your PDF report;
- contact you about your results and book or confirm your strategy call;
- send you follow-up information about our services (you can opt out at any time);
- improve the Site and our audit;
- meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We only collect what we need for these purposes. By submitting a form you consent to these uses. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 9), though we may then be unable to provide some services.
4. Where your information is stored
Form submissions and bookings are stored in HighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer relationship management (CRM) and calendar platform we use. HighLevel and its service providers may store and process data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. When your information is outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that country, and authorities there may be able to access it. We use service providers that protect personal information with safeguards comparable to those required in Canada, and we stay responsible for information we transfer to them.
5. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's localStorage to save your audit progress and answers on your own device, so you can resume where you left off. This data stays in your browser until you clear it or complete a new audit. HighLevel's booking calendar and forms may also set cookies needed to work properly. You can clear localStorage and cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the Site from working.
6. Analytics
We use analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors drop off, and to measure visits and ad performance. We currently use Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Analytics (Google). These tools use cookies to measure visits and ad performance and may collect technical information such as browser type and approximate location. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site, not to identify you. You can opt out of Meta's cookies at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/ and opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. AI processing
Your audit results are calculated by formulas on the Site using your answers. We may use AI tools to help prepare recommendations, summaries or reports for you, including after a strategy call. When we do, we share only the information needed, we do not allow your information to be used to train public AI models where we can control this, and a person on our team reviews recommendations before we rely on them. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you is made by automated means alone.
8. How long we keep it
We keep audit and contact information for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, and generally no longer than [24 months] after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, accounting records). After that we delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights: access, correction and deletion
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information or withdraw your consent;
- stop sending you marketing messages (you can also use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to texts).
Email company@rmmarketing.ca. We will respond within 30 days, as required by law. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (oipc.ab.ca).
10. How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, secure (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the regulators if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, as the law requires.
